Terrible accommodation! Negative: Unfortunately, the apartment did not match the description or the expectations set before our arrival. We found the property in a very poor state of cleanliness — the furniture, bedding, carpet, and bathroom were all dirty. The apartment is clearly worn‑out and in need of both a thorough deep clean and maintenance. Before booking, we specifically mentioned that we were traveling with a child and were reassured that the apartment would be clean and suitable for us. Unfortunately, this was not the case. While the owner offered to clean after we arrived, the overall condition could not be resolved with a quick cleaning. We have reported the situation to Booking.com as the listing does not accurately represent the property.

First time rental in central urban area. Will not repeat. Positive: Well equipped with good quality appliances. Host offered help with luggage. Actually, cleaner (Jay) carried our luggage up the many flights of stairs. We are both in our 80s and have had serious medical problems (cardiac and emergency surgery). Negative: Loud nighttime street noise often prevented sleep. No instructions for high-tech cooking appliances. Instructions for washing machine were for a different model. Long haul from street level required climbing stairs with rests between floors.
