Positive: Apartment was clean, in a great location and had good facilities Negative: Complimentary tea/ coffee would have been nice just to build on the facilities on offer.

Pleasant stay with all necessary amenities in great location Positive: Great location, plenty going on in the vicinity. Use of access codes instead of keys convenient. Dishwasher and washing machine including washing tabs available, beds were comfortable. Negative: 2 flights up narrow stairs should be mentioned in ads. Getting the right water temperature for showering was a challenge. Might be helpful to have instructions available. And some instructions on how to use the TV. Also, would suggest to have more cutlery and crockery available, as well as hangars. And perhaps remove the extra TV from the cupboard. And add a bedside lamp to the second room. And a chair in both rooms would be useful too.
